Happy Mental Health Awareness Month!
Each year millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental illness. During May, joins the national movement to raise awareness about mental health. Each year we fight stigma, provide support, educate the public and advocate for policies that support people with mental illness and their families. This year鈥檚 theme is 鈥淭ogether for Mental Health鈥 and it is so timely as many of us have faced more isolation, worries and uncertainties.
The Grant Wood 麻豆原创 Media Library has resources to borrow and our online resources also support mental health and raise awareness. See a few examples below:
Elementary Learners

Middle & High School Learners

- 聽is known for offering articles with opposing viewpoints. Build a natural conversation around mental health with teens by looking at the articles, political cartoon, and timeline discussing the question
