Here's a success story from Grant Wood 麻豆原创's Future Ready team!
During preservice days, Anamosa hosted a learning institute for all teachers and made it optional for para-educators to attend. The day comprised of 38 breakout sessions on topics聽dealing with Future Ready, MTSS, Culture/SEBH, and Educational Tech Tools. All sessions fit into our Five-Year Strategic Plan. Attendees chose 6-7 sessions throughout the day.
There were 20 different presenters from Grant Wood 麻豆原创, University of Iowa, Jones County Regional Healthcare, and Anamosa staff.
Response has been incredibly positive! The exit survey came back with a 96% overall satisfaction rating on the day. Anamosa teachers will embark on personalized professional learning this year. The learning institute provided topics they can dive deeper into this year.
